The Aircon Team Behind the Name
We are a family business that has worked these northern suburbs for ten years. No call centre, no franchise script. When you ring (08) 8246 6298, you talk to the same team that turns up at your door.
Most of our work sits in the streets laid out by Reid Murray Developments from 1960, where three-bedroom, single-storey detached houses on quarter-acre blocks still dominate. Because the suburb is mostly owner-occupied, most owners want systems repaired and maintained properly rather than replaced on a guess.
That suits us. We would rather fix your aircon honestly this winter and get the call back next summer than sell you something you do not need.
Ten Years of Cooling and Heating Work Here
A decade is long enough to know how a 1960s brick-veneer house holds heat in July and pushes it out in February. It is long enough to have worked on the flat corrugated iron roofs, the tile roofs and the Mount Gambier freestone facades you see along Frances Avenue and the older streets.

Fully Licensed Air Conditioning Work
Every refrigeration and air conditioning job we do is covered by ARC Licence L162586, held under the RAC01 - Full Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Licence. That is the full ARC classification, covering installation, service, decommissioning and refrigerant handling.

- Handling refrigerant without an ARC licence is illegal, and yours is the system that cops the damage
- Our work is fully insured
- The licence is current and checkable, and we are happy for you to check it
How We Quote Every Air Conditioning Job
We use Fixed Upfront Pricing: a fixed quote before any work starts, no hourly rates, no bill shock. You approve the figure, then we start.
Backed into that quote is our Lifetime Labour Warranty. If a fault occurs due to workmanship, the team returns and fixes it at no cost. We also carry $50 off first service for new customers, a 10% pensioner discount, and Humm interest-free finance for larger jobs.
